Sheffield Scout Sailing Courses

Courses will take place at Dam Flask Reservoir on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings from 4/5th May to 13/14th July (excluding 1st/2nd June).  The courses are from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm on each evening and are open to scouts, guides and leaders.  The cost will be £80 including certificates, course book and logbook.
Various Royal Yachting Association courses will be run depending on demand from Youth Stages 1 to 4 and Adult Levels 1 to 2.  To receive information and an application form please send brief details to register@sheffieldscoutsailing.org.uk.

The details should include name, address, phone number, Scout/Guide Group and details of any previous experience/certificates. 

To assist planning please indicate if you are unable to attend on either of the evenings.

Scout Patrol Leaders camp

Friday 16th April until Sunday 18th at Hesley Wood where there are twenty places available, the theme being management/leadership skills.  Tim will issue further details in the near future.

Do you play a musical instrument????   If so the Sheaf District band is reforming "for one night only" to play at the district carol concert on 9th december.
 
they are having some rehearsals at Woodseats explorer HQ on helmton Road on wednesday evenings 7 pm onwards.
